Hello first-year students! Here’s some advice for your morning routine.
One of the most helpful things you can do in the morning is get some light exercise. In my experience, exercise helps you focus and can make your day much easier.
I used to walk or ride my bike from the station to the school, but now I work from home most of the time. When I work from home and forget to exercise, I’m more tired during the day, and it is harder to pay attention to what I’m doing.
If you cannot leave your house for a morning walk, run, or bike ride, I suggest doing some slow stretches before starting your schoolwork. Carefully and slowly stretch your arms, legs, and back, and listen to what your body tells you.
I hope you’re all adjusting to your studies at home, and I’m looking forward to seeing you once classes start. Ganbare!
